• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Email). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

3. Proper Use & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal delivery or transport of prohibited goods.

• Reverse engineer the optimization algorithms or "scrape" data from the platform.

• Interfere with the GPS tracking or "spoof" location data.

4. Limitation of Liability

XAR Logistics is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of delivery routes or timing.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays, data loss, or server downtime.

• Use of Google Maps is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to XAR Logistics at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
